You confirm you are at least 16 years old and can form legally binding contracts. Use of the Platform is void where prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration and User Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your email address and influencer Instagram account details. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Brand and Influencer Collaborations

Brands post campaigns and specify terms including budgets and deliverables.

Influencers may apply to participate.

By participating, you agree to be bound by any specific campaign agreements, including our mandatory non-solicitation clause protecting brands’ relationships with influencers.

You must comply with all applicable advertising and content standards, including disclosure requirements.

5. Non-Solicitation Clause

For 12 months following termination or completion of any campaign, influencers agree not to directly or indirectly solicit or accept offers of employment, consultancy, or collaboration with brands whom they connected with via our Platform without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

Engage in harmful or unlawful activities

7. Intellectual Property

All user-generated content remains owned by the creator. By posting content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content for Platform purposes.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

10. Termination
